At Tindoori, we care about your safety more than anything else. That's why we've come up with a karma scoring system for each profile that reflects how safe and inclusive they are. We want you to feel welcome and secure on our platform!

what is tindoori’s code of conduct? 💚

  • Respect: Treat all users with respect and courtesy, regardless of their background or language proficiency.

  • No Harassment: Harassment of any kind is not tolerated on our platform.

  • Inclusivity: Embrace diversity and create an inclusive environment for users from all walks of life.

what is a karma score? 💯

  • A profile’s karma score reflects a user's overall contribution trustworthiness and inclusivity

  • Having a high karma score makes you seem safe, trustworthy and inclusive

  • We strongly encourage you to maintain a high karma score.

Unmatching, blocking or reporting a profile 🙅

  • If you feel like a profile is breaking the code of conduct, you can block them or report them.

  • If you wish to not continue interacting and learning with a matched profile, you may unmatch with them.

  • Click on their profile on the messages screen > Click the menu button in the top right of the profile > You get a dropdown menu where you can choose to unmatch, block or report a profile.

Giving a karma score to a profile ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Click on their profile on the messages screen > click on the 'give karma score' button. > rate the person based on how safe you felt while talking to them, their use of inclusive language, and how safe you would feel if you were to meet them in person.
